SolidifAi holds personal data about real people and sends messages and ads to them on your behalf. Both facts shape this policy.
1. You must have a lawful basis for the data you hold
Do not put personal data into SolidifAi that you have no right to process. In particular you must not import, enrich, segment or message:
- Lists purchased, rented or scraped where you have no lawful basis to process or contact the individuals in them.
- Data obtained through a breach, a credential dump, or any unauthorised access.
- Data you are contractually or legally barred from disclosing to a processor.
- Protected health information, unless you are on the Regulated plan and have accepted the Business Associate Agreement.
We do not police the provenance of your data, and we cannot. The obligation is yours.
2. Send only what people agreed to receive
You must not use SolidifAi to:
- Send email, SMS or push messages that breach anti-spam or telemarketing law in the recipient’s jurisdiction — including CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, CASL, the UK PECR and the EU ePrivacy rules.
- Message people without the consent the law requires, or after they have unsubscribed or objected.
- Send phishing, malware, fraud or any deceptive message, or impersonate another person or organisation.
3. Respect consent, preferences and suppression
SolidifAi records consent, preferences, unsubscribes, bounces and complaints so that nobody is contacted against their wishes. You must not defeat these controls — by removing or re-importing contacts to clear an opt-out, by altering identifiers to get round a suppression, or by sending through another route to people the service has suppressed.
4. Tracking on your own sites and apps
If you add SolidifAi tracking to your own sites or apps, you must give the notices and obtain the consents your law requires before it runs, and honour a visitor’s refusal.
5. Ads and connected platforms
When you send audiences or conversions to an ad platform, you must comply with that platform’s policies and have a lawful basis to share the data. You must not use SolidifAi to target people on the basis of sensitive characteristics where the law or the platform forbids it.
6. AI features
You must not use the AI features to generate unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, to impersonate real people without their permission, or to get round your own workspace’s AI policy. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before you send it to anyone.
7. Respect limits and capacity
Do not try to exceed your plan’s limits by sharing named users, rotating keys, creating multiple workspaces or distributing requests across accounts. Do not use the service in a way that degrades it for others.
8. Do not attack or probe the service
No penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, load testing, reverse engineering or attempts to access another tenant’s data without our prior written permission. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, report it to security@solidifai.app and give us a reasonable opportunity to fix it before disclosing it. We will not pursue a researcher who reports in good faith and does not access, modify or retain other customers’ data.
9. High-risk uses
Scores, segments, predictions and AI output are probabilistic. Do not use them as the sole basis for a decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect on a person — denying someone credit, employment, housing, insurance or access to a service. If they inform such a decision, a human must review it and other evidence must support it.
10. What happens if you breach this policy
Depending on severity we may contact you, pause sending, rate-limit you, suspend specific capabilities, suspend the workspace, or terminate it. Where circumstances allow we will tell you what we have seen and give you a chance to fix it. Where we believe there is an imminent risk of harm — to the people in your data, to sender reputation shared with other customers, or to our infrastructure — we may act first and explain promptly afterwards.
We may also be required to report certain activity to law enforcement.
11. Reporting abuse
To report a suspected breach of this policy — including a message you received from a SolidifAi customer — write to abuse@solidifai.app. Data-protection questions go to privacy@solidifai.app.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes are notified in the same way as changes to the Terms of Service. The date at the top reflects the current version.
